In a competitive market, El-Kattan Pharmacies needed to differentiate from similar chains and target new customer segments. The pharmacy had plenty of inconsistent brand names, signage and logos across branches. Competitors were already generating leads from websites and apps. We revamped the brand identity and created a consistent experience for El-Kattan Pharmacies customers. Also, we developed a new website, social media presence and marketing materials. Also, we innovated and promoted a mobile app that facilitates prescriptions ordering and tracking of delivery via Google Maps.
